Any damages received on delivery must be immediatly marked and recorded on delivery paperwork and rejected. PVC wall panels must be checked to ensure batch numbers are correct throughout. Refunds and returns cant be honoured with PVC wall pnels once they have been signed and delivered. You have 15 minutes to check over complete order with deiver.

If your order has been shipped and you wish to cancel all or part of the order you must reject delivery of said item. This must be marked clearly on the delivery paperwork. Once item/order has been received back a refund will be made. If you wish to cancel an in store pickup please call or email.
