Shipping policy

Orders with a value in excess of £150 and ordered before 3pm will be shipped out for next day delivery. You will receive an email and text message with shipping updates. When ordering baths it is your responsibility to check over for any damage. Once the delivery paperwork has been signed for baths are unable to be returned. PVC wall panels need to be check for any damage and ensure batch numbers are correct. Once the delivery paperwork has been signed you will not be able to return these. Any unwanted item please email in writing regarding items you wish to cancel. If your order has been shipped please reject the full order or item(s) and these will automatically be returned.
